4月21日、東京・お茶の水の日本サッカー協会で、6月のシーズンインを前に日本フットサルリーグ（Ｆリーグ）の記者会見が行われました。

会場内満員の記者を前に試合日程の発表や大会名称の説明に続き、Ｆリーグが、日本対がん協会のフットサルリボンに協力することが正式に発表されました。

取材するのはスポーツ部を中心とする記者たちでしたが、「がん」に対する関心は深く、両選手への質問が相次ぎ、朝日、読売をはじめ22日付の各紙で一斉に報道されました。
